It's business as usual at Mt. Laurel from 4pm - 7pm. We will be running and continuing with the closer's flag work as well as dipping into some more fundamentals of movement.

Due to some hitches at the mechanic (no pun intended), I am moving our rehearsal time to 5pm - 7:30. If you have other plans t 7pm and need to leave, I understand completely. Oh...and yes, we're going to run. :)
