Clinic Info

April 10, 12, 13 ~ 4:30pm - 7pm, High School Gymnasium. You will wear what is known as "Rehearsal Black," including comfortable, form fitting clothing, solid black in color. Candidates may wear split-sole dance shoes or rehearse barefoot. Tennis shoes are not allowed. While rehearsals are open, it is imperative that all guests understand and respect the atmosphere of concentration needed to be successful.

The following must be turned in before the audition on Saturday:

• Signed Permission Form
• Signed Payment Schedule
• Physical Form
• Copy of Current Report Card
• $30.00 entry fee (All checks payable to "The Color Guard of Chelsea High" with candidates name in the memo line)

Note about attendance...Because of some of the current athletic schedules, there will be time after each day to make up work missed. To be eligible for this remediation, I must be contacted in advance. Regardless of arrival time, each candidate must rehearse at least three (3) hours per day of the clinic. Again, only those who contact me in advance with a genuine conflict involving another Chelsea High activity will be eligible for the remediation.

Audition Info

April 14 ~ 1:30 - 4ish, Chelsea Intermediate School Gymnasium

All candidates will initially report to the lunch room for quick review and stretch. You will wear what is known as "Performance Black," including black capris and a black top, all form fitting. Candidates may wear split-sole dance shoes or perform barefoot. Tennis shoes are not allowed.

Auditions are closed.

Results

The results of the audition process will be posted on this blog at 7pm. There will also be an announcement made at school the following Monday.

This is what it is all about

My what a time has been had these past few days! I awoke this morning dreading the service before me. I knew that I wouldn't be able to contribute as much to the choir today and had planned on leaving after our anthem. Well, I stayed...and I'm glad I did.

As our guest speaker spoke of his son who battled cancer, he broadened the topic by titling his sermon "Overcoming Unexpected Trials." I listened to Psalm 18 (titled "God:An Absolute Leader in a Relative World" in my study Bible) clutching the pew bible- closed, my heart- paused. Here is what hit home the most:

28For You will light my lamp: The Lord my God will enlighten my darkness. 29For by You I can run against a troop, by my God I can leap over a wall. 30As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the Lord is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.

It was then that I began to recall everything that has transpired. It is no question that everything happens for a reason. We were refocused as we left the concerns about numbers behind and focused on the true purpose and experience. A flood of emotion came over me and, let's just say it is a good thing there was a box of tissue on my bench.

I love each of you (parents too!) more than you can possibly imagine.

Just in case you missed some of last night...

Ladies, Parents, Supporters...It is with a grateful heart that I construct this message. This has been a season of growth and challenge, of pain and love, of success and reflection. I could not ask for a better group of people with which to work.

Parents, you've met me more than half-way every time. You know what it takes and how to get there. You have granted your daughters' talents to me and helped to guide them all season. While many may see this as a "one-man-show," it is not at all. It takes us all becoming integral parts of this organization to achieve the product desired.

Ladies, ladies. Where to begin? Let us go back to June 15th. I was amazed at how each and every one of you looked familiar. Little did I know that the familiarity would soon become infectious. I had no idea where Chelsea was, what was there (or wasn't), or what to expect from the students. Since day one, you, the eight members before me, have jumped at every chance to succeed. It is with sincere pride that I can say that "I've never had a discipline problem" and "I have the best students ever."

I don't think I will never have another group of individuals with whom I have shared such personal experiences as have occurred this winter season. You've brought myself and many others to tears with your passion, your heart, and your spirit. You have allowed me to introduce, or throw (whichever you prefer), you to the activity and you've made more of a positive impact than most will ever accomplish.

We, all of us together, have successfully completed an entire year of "The Sport of the Arts." We have set tremendous precedents and laid the foundation for great things to come. This program is a family.

To my seniors: I hope you will take some of the lessons learned this past year and apply them to your future. Don't be strangers. You're always welcome to rehearsals and performances. As of May 24th, you are no longer my students but my friends.

To my non-seniors: Get ready! Many have asked, "When will we compete in Nashville?" My honest reply, "As soon as we're ready." We will never take a step back, but rather a look back and remind ourselves from whence we came. Then, we look forward to the future...our future.

Tonight...

Well, we made it through. The ladies had the run of a lifetime tonight and fed their audience every ounce of emotion they could muster. We're very proud of the season we have just ended and can't wait to find out our placement Saturday night. But, you know what? It's not about the score. It's about having fun, learning about life, becoming closer with peers, and always lending a hand. That's our mission.

• 4:15, Meet at Intermediate School for pictures. We're going to go over to Mt. Laurel. You need to be all kinds of "done-up" for these (curled hair, make-up, everything). I would suggest that you get ready during 4th like you did last Friday. DO NOT be late.
• until 8:00, Rehearsal in the Intermediate Gym. Once we finish with pictures, we'll have rehearsal. Bring a change of clothes and your equipment.

Hoover Recap and Other Items of Interest...

An excerpt from one of your emails: Do you know one thing I love about Winterguard? I love all the different emotions that are portrayed... Like in Hoover's show I am to the point of tears because I think of Hannah, And in another, it was all 80's, and had crazy flags and it made me want to dress up in a bluejean trenchcoat and tease my hair and play with neon flags and rifles, and during Hueytown's I can't help but dance and sing and it makes me wanna scream FEVER!

Ladies, you consistently make me and your supporters ever so proud. Your performances were stellar and moving. One of you mentioned today "When the last note was played, I knew that I had given my best and that everyone around me did the same." You should always perform as though it is your last. Don't ever hold anything back.

We'll go through the recap at Thursday's rehearsal and set our goals for this weekend.

Some notes for everyone...

Lawrenceburg Show

• Everyone must be ready to leave the band room parking lot at 3:30pm. This isn't leaving the bathroom to go put your stuff on the trailer/go to your locker to get your iPod/run home to get your equipment. This is us in the cars pulling out of the parking lot. We cannot leave later than that.
• Any quilt/sheet/blanket going on the trailer must be put in a plastic bag. There will be some at the back of the trailer.

Nashville Regional

• I was mistaken about how tickets are arranged for this show. Seating is open and everything is one price. We will get there before it gets full, so no issue as to how many we have going with us. Everyone other than members should just be ready to purchase a ticket for $18 at the window. If you have already given me a check, I will just include you in the order for the ladies. No sweat.
• We will be leaving around 7ish and will return around 11ish. We'll do lunch at Green Hills Mall with the Brooks Crew and we'll also lend a hand to our fellow units performing.
• Mr. Visser has offered his RV to transport the ladies. He must have this confused with National Lampoon's Winter Guard Weekend. :) So, we won't need drivers. All of the rest of us can just car-pool behind them.

Championships

• Just let me know if you would like a room from our block for either Thursday night, Friday night, or both.

Ladies, you will find a most pleasant surprise in the guard room. Please keep this space neat and free of unneeded "junk." Assist others in making sure this room stays this way for a while. Read my mind. ;)

Back in black!

Let me congratulate you, both Performers and Parents, on a wonderful weekend of achievement. Your grace, both on and off the floor, was felt by everyone at Pell City. That is what it's all about; being kind, helpful, encouraging, and enjoying the performance. I will review the judges' comments and have a compilation for you tomorrow. There are going to be a few changes, so prepare.

Happy Presidents' Day

Funny story: I was driving to school this morning when, while stopped at a light, someone coming through the intersection honked at me. It was Hannah and her father! I waved and said to mother, who was on the phone, "I wonder why Hannah isn't in school." She replied, "Lindsey, it's Presidents' Day dear. What are you going to do with your day off?" Let's just say that I was slightly perturbed that the rest of the world was out of school but UAB didn't recognize the national holiday. O well.

Parents, I hope that the kids brought the Travel Info - Part II home. You'll also find it attached to today's email. Some highlights below:

• The deadline to make reservations for the Lawrence County Show is March 1. Rooms are reserved under "The Color Guard of Chelsea High." Best Western Villa - 1.800.838.4552
• The deadline for tickets for the Nashville trip (March 24) is March 13. Just make a check out to the guard for $18 per ticket and we'll order them all together.

Saturday's location...

We're going to be at the Intermediate School Gym from 8am - 12noon. I will be at the High School at 7am to get your equipment from the closet. If your equipment is somewhere other than the closet, meet me there and pick it up.

Destin, Emi, Twin, and Brit...we won't need the floor so there's no need in meeting me early.

I apologize for the haphazard schedule we've stumbled upon. It was out of my hands but we must press on. You must be ready to begin rehearsal at 8am: no later. Eat a light breakfast and don't forget your snack.

Parents...the members will receive an updated travel packet applicable for the rest of the season. Please look over this and let me know of any questions you might have.

Not quite ready...

I had every intention of getting everyone an account statement today, but, I came across a few questions that I will have answered tomorrow and will email them to each of you soon thereafter. Don't bring money on Tuesday as we had said. Wait until you see your statement.

This week...

Monday

• 4th period ~ Simply go through the work a couple of times. Don't psych yourself out...just remind yourself. Also check to make sure the taping is good on your poles.
• Arrival - 6:30 in the Band Room hall. Performance - 7:45ish. You need to arrive dressed and ready to go (see below for specifics). You must sit together in the gym. Destin will take you at a certain time to go get your equipment and get focused.

Specifics...

Performance black. Make sure your stomach doesn't show.

Make-up of your choice.

Hair half-up, half-down.

You need to wear slip-on shoes and slip them off under the goal closet to the parking lot.

Tuesday

• 4th ~ Fitting with Mrs. Bonnie. You MUST bring your dress. Be honest with her. If something feels wrong, let her know. You won't hurt her feelings. She wants you to look your best.

• No rehearsal. Catch up on homework and such.

Wednesday

• 6:30 - 8:30 in the High School Gym. We've been through why this had to happen. I'm having to miss church as well.

Thursday

• No rehearsal. Same as Tuesday.

Friday

• Nothing except my choir's performance of Verdi's Requiem at UAB. Starts at 8pm and will be stellar. We do it again on Saturday.

Friday...

Plan on staying after school until 3:40, at the latest. It has been approved and we're a-go. (as of 9:17am)

Here's what I told Alyson ... Don't worry. You can do it. Use this opportunity to prove to yourself that you can conquer what is extremely challenging work with even harder drill. This is the first time you guys have ever really been pushed, routine wise. I know you can do it. It's true. We will do only what you are comfortable with.

Wow...

I never cry. Never. But this weekend brought tears on two different occasions:

1. The success and absolute grandeur of your first show ever astounded myself, the parents, the audience, and the judges. I'm sure you all were pleased as well. I am so thankful to be a part of your life and your families. I have never been more proud to claim affiliation with any group than I was this weekend.

Be prepared to meet the challenge that has been proposed: successfully compete in Scholastic B class.

2. Thank you for your words of support and hugs during my departure today. My granny was a woman of work, of courage, and of wisdom. It is hard to imagine family gatherings without her inevitable "honesty" or her chicken & dumplings and her dressing. Please continue to keep me and my family in your thoughts.

We will not meet for rehearsal on Tuesday. Please practice on your own and be ready to resume our regular schedule on Thursday, Jan 25.

RIFLES WILL MEET BETWEEN THE GYM AND LUNCHROOM AT 5:15pm. REGULAR PRACTICE WILL BEGIN AS SCHEDULED.

• You MUST be early to whatever rehearsal site is chosen. We will start on time.
• Be sure you are in all black. I have a fellow circuit member attending rehearsal.
• Don't eat a large lunch. We will break for dinner from 5pm - 6pm. No member will be permitted to leave the rehearsal site during the break.

Parents...if you have volunteered to bring items for dinner, please have them at the site by 4:45pm. Our meeting will begin promptly after 5pm.

Other Announcements...

• Many have asked about contributing to the flower order for Ms. Hannah's service. The Color Guard and Dance Line divided the totals by the membership and a check was written to Mrs. Dunaway for the order. Everything has been taken care of.
• The deadline for all sponsorship forms is Jan. 31.
• Account statements for each member will be issued on Saturday.

Holiday Info...

As I sit in the lab 45 minutes before our test (of course I wrote down the wrong time), I think "what better time to blog?!" Mother, it's computer music. No worries. :)

Schedules...

Thursday, Dec 21 ~ 10am - 1pm in the Elem. Gym. Don't eat a heavy breakfast but do bring a light snack. We'll take a break around 11:30. Rifles, bring your guns so I can re-tape them over the break.

Thursday, Dec 28 ~ 5pm - 7pm (tentative) in the Elem. Gym. Again be cautious of what you eat prior to rehearsal.

Fees and Sponsor Forms...

As of Dec. 28, everyone should be paid up according to the following: New = 130.00, Vet = 102.00. You will receive an account statement at the conclusion of rehearsal.

Be diligent in getting these sponsor forms finished. If you need more of either the brochure or forms, just let me know. If you need suggestions, just ask. The deadline for forms is Jan. 31.

Parents...please plan on meeting with me on Jan 6th at 5pm-6pm. This is our big rehearsal day and we'll hash out show transportation and other things while the kids eat. Just let me know if you can attend. We need everyone we can.

Parents...your student has received an updated calendar dated 11/29/06. This new format allows me to insert a publication date in the bottom left hand corner. Please be sure you are using a current calendar when making plans. If ever in doubt, just let me know and I'll email you a current copy.

It was such a pleasant evening with the Bands of Chelsea. The 8th grade and Symphonic bands were just so inspiring! Next fall is going to be great. Please have a great weekend! Be safe.

All kinds of delayed...

I hope everyone has enjoyed their time off from regular rehearsals. However, (start jumping for joy and stuff) 'tis now time to truly begin our 2007 winter season. Thursday

• 4th Period - I will be at school and we will get the measuring done. It won't take long at all.
• 6:30 - 8:30 at the Elementary School Gym. Remember: all black, capri-like pants or shorts, forms I - IV, any completed sponsor forms. You also must have a check for $50 made payable to "Chelsea High School - Winter Guard. Be advised - we are on a tight schedule. You must be at least 7 minutes early so we can begin on time. DO NOT BE LATE.

Saturday

• Possible Fund-Raiser at Winn-Dixie from 9ish to 1ish. This will go to "Member Cost." I'm not sure of the times and it's not set yet. It's posted just so you know of the possibility.

This week with The Color Guard of Chelsea High...

In light of the recent tragedy, all events scheduled for this school week have been cancelled. Our thoughts and prayers, as a unit, are with all of the families involved in this horrific incident. A memorial for Ms. Hannah Yeager is scheduled for Thursday, November 30 at 4pm at Liberty Baptist.

This Saturday morning/afternoon, the members have their first opportunity for a fund-raiser. We will do a road-block and all proceeds will go directly to the "Member Cost." Please RSVP by either email or comment below.

First Winter Guard Post...

Thanks to all of those who made it last night. For those of you who didn't, make sure you get a handbook, sponsor forms, and brochures. Get with someone and make sure you understand everything. Questions, just ask me.

About the sponsor form and brochures...

• Every business gets a brochure. If they ask for more, give them more. We can always make more copies. Mr. Lawley has more of both as well.
• Be sure you email me a list of businesses you want to contact and WAIT for me to reply. All of this is on a first-come first serve basis. This isn't an option.
• Be as courteous and professional as possible. We want to use these sponsors again for more seasons.
• Give checks to Mrs. Newman to deposit. Keep your form and I will get them at a rehearsal.

Your calendars are 70% correct. I will get updated copies to you ASAP. Sorry. As of now, your first rehearsal is Nov 30 at 6pm. Keep checking the blog for more info.

Spin happy...

A few updates you should know...

• I emailed the place for warm-ups and bags today. They're going as fast as they can. We should expect a sample by the end of the week. Then we place orders and TA DA- warm-ups.
• I have begun putting together resources for winter guard sponsorship. Once I have everything together, we'll have a meeting. We will have open auditions with a preceding clinic after the last regular football game.
• Still no invoice for the Bloch shoes. When that comes in, I can send them off.

Tuesday - Rehearsal with Band from 3:30 - 5:30 - I can't be at practice. I'm dying. Please be productive.

Thursday - Rehearsal with Band from 3:30 - 5:30 - Sectional from 7pm - 8:30 pm. This is the only mandatory sectional all week. DO NOT MISS OR BE LATE. After all, this is competition week. Also, everyone bring your $5 for last week's dinner.

Friday - Everyone stays at school to get ready. You must be in the lobby ready to load the bus at 4:30. Do not be late for any reason. We will walk from the lobby to the bus after a run-through. Our tentative depature time is 5pm. You need to ride to Sylacauga in partial uniform. Hair should be in rollers and make-up can be fixed on the bus.

• ROAD TRIP...I'm going to one of the oldest and most prestigious marching competitions in Alabama. You should come too! It's the Mid-South Comp in Gadsden. Many good guards will be there (list to come) and The Marching Southerners of JSU will present their show. It will be a very relaxed day. Admission is usually around $8 for the whole day. I will leave Bham around noon and return around 11pm. Just let me know if you want to go.

Timeline for Friday

4:30 - 5:25 Call. Dinner will be provided. Eat, drink, and be merry but don't forget to finish getting ready. Also, go to the restroom!

5:25 - 5:30 Transit to lobby for warm-up. Be in the block before time to start.

5:30 - 6:20 Stretch and warm-up. Be sure you're familiar with the "double" warm-up. We'll go through the show and begin our focus.

6:20 - 6:29 Dismiss to the trailer. Make sure your bag is on the trailer immediately following warm-up. Once it's loaded, do whatever you need to do. Take care of momma bag issues as well. Be ready to enter the band room at 6:29.

6:29 - 6:30 Transit to the band room. Remember to be quiet.

We've had a few issues about being in the right place at the right time. Be proactive and ready to go when you're supposed to. It's gotten better every week. Let's make it perfect this week.

Thoughts on last Saturday...

I think this was our first time to perform with wind. It was a good show, but not a good as Friday night. However, you performed for a different crowd on Saturday. You proved that our unit is a contender and that others might want to think twice before questioning your credibility. You should be proud.

Below are random, individual thoughts from the judge (in italics) and myself:

1. precision - ok. This is why we count. When you do, it's clean. When you don't, it's not. You have to listen and watch Carrie and make sure you're exactly where you're supposed to be when you're supposed to be there.

2. phrasing - ok. This is putting sections together. Remember we don't stop on counts, you just pass through them.

3. relationship to music - ++. Remember the phrase "we are the face of music." There's a reason you don't do 32 counts of drop spins in the show. What the audience sees must relate to what the hear. You're doing very well!

4. compatibility to drill - +. I heart love you, Flags. We're going to fix it. For all of our outside faithful readers...I know I just said flags. The unit as a whole is color guard. Then, within the color guard, we have rifles and flags (sabres to come). When you're split as we are in the closer, you then refer to piece of equipment being used.

5. enthusiasm - -. Yes, you got a minus on stupid happy!!!! There's the easiest way to boost a score, show some teeth!

6. great content, too many problems with precision/timing. Again, use the check points. Your work is very complex and I don't think we need to water anything down. Do you? We're not a fire-hose guard.

Now about things from other units...

Pelham - They're very classic, precise, and accurate. I didn't see as many facial expressions as I would have like to. Again, we strive for stupid happy! Pelham is also known as a very approachable and welcoming unit. I appreciate all of you who went to check on the member who got sick. That means alot

Thompson - I noticed very confident performers. Granted, 5 1/2 with no weights...hmm. But they entered with a presence. Take from their confidence. I know you have it.

Oak Mountain - Did you notice their Dance Line's faces? They were just as uniform as their boots. I was impressed but I would rather you perform to the "crowd" and interpret the show. Need help? Just ask.

Benjamin Russell Timeline...

5:00 - 5:45 Call. Use this time to eat, finish getting ready, and go to the bathroom. Put equipment bags against the marker board so I can check them.

5:40 - 5:45 Transit to the lobby with al equipment and stretch towel. Take the equipment out of the bag and lay everything out in front of you. Be in the warm-up block before time to begin.

5:45 - 6:20 Warm-up. We will do our stretches and warm-up sequence. We'll also go through the show from top to bottom. Remember...I am the only one who needs to talk. We must foster and atmosphere of concentration from the start. Have a question? Ask me.

6:20 - 6:29 Dismiss to the choir room. Make any last minute adjustments. Be ready to go to the band room with equipment bag on the trailer by 6:29. We will enter together to keep disruption to a minimum.

6:29 - 6:30 Transit to band room. Make certain that all of your equipment is in your bag, that you have put whatever you need to in the momma bag, and that every part of your uniform is in place. Do not talk once in the band room.

After much pain and suffering, the congenial citizens of Guardville saw the error of their ways and remedied the problem. And they all lived happily ever after. The End.

• Sectionals in East Buddah 7pm - 8:30. You might be let out at 8. Just so you know. :)

Talladega Performance

We will be in full uniform and make-up for the first time!!! Go ahead today and make sure that everything you need for your uniform is in one place. Don't forget any piece or your shoes.

Call this week is at 5:15 in the choir room. You must be there at 5:15 with all of your equipment and anything else you need to do to get ready. Check the timeline below for specifics...

5:15 - 5:40 ~ Call. Everyone MUST be in the choir room with equipment. Do not be late. You may finish putting on your face or just hang out. You probably want to go to the restroom at this time. I will go through everyone's equipment bag and make sure everything is show ready.

5:40 - 5:45 ~ Transit to the lobby with equipment and stretch towel. Be in the warm-up block before time to start. Just lay your equipment in front of you. We will stretch and warm-up at the same place.

5:45 - 6:20 ~ Warm-up. We will do our stretches and usual warm-up sequence. We'll also go through the show from top to bottom and the Dance Line will join us at 6:10 to review the opening dance. I want you to be absolutely comfortable. There should be no reason to appear scared or doubtful during our 8 minutes of half-time bliss. :) Remember...I am to be the only one talking. If you have a question, let me know. We must start off focused and ready. You know what I expect and I know what you can give.

6:20 - 6:30 ~ Dismiss to choir room to make last minute adjustments. Everyone is to be standing in the band room with their equipment bag by their side at exactly 6:30. We will enter together to keep disruption to a minimum.

Don't forget...

- stretch towel (we know how dirty the lobby floor is)

- 3 show flags (all a different color)

- rifle (you know who you are)

- anything you want in the "momma bag" (my orange and blue soccer mom bag. too bad i don't drive a mini-van.)

Dallas County Performance...

What to wear - Polo, khaki shorts/capris (i don't care), black jazz shoes (no socks), hair pulled back and secure, make-up same as last week. Pay careful attention to the eye-liner and make sure your lip-stick is an appropriate shade. - This week your call will be the same as the band's. Do not be late. I will have to meet you at Dallas County. Before leaving, make sure all of your equipment is in the barrel thingy and that you have everything you need. - About rehearsals - You are responsible for getting caught up when you miss. Everyone should be show ready for Thursday. If, during warm-up, I see that someone isn't ready, they won't perform. One person's absence can't affect the unit's performance. - Everyone should know that our sectional rehearsals have moved from Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7-9 to Mondays and Thursdays from 7-8:30. Just know, I am a student as well. I sympathize with home work and assignments of the like. However, good judgement and time management must be used. Three hours a week for a competing unit is way below average and extremely do-able. - If, for some reason, you aren't going to be at practice, I must know A.S.A.P. You can email, leave a comment, myspace me, send a telegram, fly a dove, OR you can just call. 1.256.601.9364. This isn't an option. I have to know. - Get ready for another wonderful show. As printed on the updated schedules I handed out last week, the color guard will rehearse every Tuesday and Thursday from 7pm - 9pm at Union Methodist on 51. These rehearsals are mandatory. Be ready to start at 7, not pulling into the parking lot. A question about missing a performance was asked at the fund-raiser. At no time will any performer be excused or permitted to miss any performance unless extreme unforseeable and unavoidable circumstances arise. Our show is written for 12 people and 12 people we will have. Everyone must have a c.d. or cassette tape or $1 to me by Thursday. As we all know, we rehearse better with music. Information Overload

Thank you for a fantastic debut performance last night. You made me happy in my face. Below are upcoming dates and information regarding each. Saturday, August 5 Roadblock at Benson Plaza and the intersection of 47 and 39 8:30am - 1pm Don't forget, WE NEED YOUR PARENTS or some adults to help. Wear something "Chelsea Color Guard-esque." Everyone is responsible for making their own sign and supplying a bucket. Make them bold, bright, and beautiful! If you don't know which one to be at, just pick one. We'll get you in the right place. Monday, August 7 Band Pictures. Arrive, ready to pose, at 9am. For this, you will wear "Performance Black." (defined below) When our uniforms come in, we will schedule a "formal" photo session and we'll forward that picture to the year book staff and other publications of the like. This is just in case.

Performance Black - THE black top, black dance capris (form fitting),

fire-engine red lips, smoky eyes (feathered out, way out), hair half-up/half-down, natural.

Remember that you aren't supposed to look "normal." Theatre/stage/field make-up is way over dramatic. If it didn't look good, we wouldn't do it. You know that.

In closing...

We don't have rehearsal for more than a week. I can't stress to you enough how important it is for you to practice everything we have done. Bring me a tape or cd at the road-block and I'll make you a copy of the show music.
